New Year, New Start...

I was called; we were called into the room.

It was announced of the new structure and also my new boss - The person who I will be reporting to and the lady’s door that I will be knocking very often and walking in and out of the room.

Maybe it IS a dream come true that I am now working with her after 3 years in the company.

Why is it a dream-come-true? Cos’ she is one lady who is willing to teach and share her knowledge with. She is one great boss who is very organized and good at her stuff; knowledgeable, is the word.

*Flash back*

She was the person who interviewed and hired me. I was really grateful that she hired me after 2 rounds of interviews. Unfortunately, after joining the company and being under her for 5 days, the management had decided for me to handle the bigger brands of the company. And so, I wasn’t reporting to her back then. I didn’t get to learn much from her.

Now, after “traveling around the globe”, I am back reporting to her.

I am totally happy with her being my boss. Entering the new year with a “new” boss, yes, it will definitely be a challenge for me as I need to adapt to her working style and have to prove my capabilities.

Sigh, now I have to organize and clear off all the mess – at my cubicle and also sort of all projects properly.

A brand new year to a brand new start !!!
