A Simple Sunday

I went to the Holy Place to seek peace late this morning. By the time we were done, it was already noon time. The sun was baking hot!

I accompanied Mum & Dad for lunch and I only had Ice Coffee. Beh tahan, needed caffeine to keep my eyes open. Thanks to IP Man early this morning. ;)

I didn’t want to eat because I wanted to visit the gym. It has been so long since I last stepped into it. After the sweaty session, I drove home for a cool shower. Ahh….what a relieve!

It was 4.00pm. I went downstairs; took out my lunch. The various types of Nyonya kuih I bought earlier. Can’t explain it, but I was craving for kuih today. And so, I sat down right in front of the idiot box and ate happily. I was so stuffed!

After washing my hands and the plates, I lied down on the sofa, continued with the TV series. Mum sat beside me. Before I knew it, my eyes were closed. In between my nap, Princess Gabby came to sniff sniff me. I opened my right eye slightly and saw her face right in front of mine. I pat her head and fell asleep again…..

Later, I woke up and changed my lying position. This time, I put my head next to Mum. She gave me my favourite head massage. Hehehe….shioknya!

We watched the series till 7.30pm before we headed out for dinner.

A simple yet enjoyable Sunday.
