I walked out to the driveway, carrying my laptop and my breakfast, wanting to put them in the car. Gabby was already wide awake and she kept on jumping and sniffing me. She was somehow excited seeing me. =)
The sky was still dark. The dark blue sky had some strands of white-cotton-looking clouds surrounding the moon. It was beautiful! The moon was round. I stood beside my car for a few minutes staring at the moon with awe, after turning the key in the ignition.

As I was driving to work, my vision was blurred. I thought it was my tired eyes playing tricks on me, but I looked properly. I wind down the window and let my nose did the job. Eh, no burning smell wor…So, it was not haze or smoke. Cool! It was mist! For the longest time that I could remember, it was a lucky moment to see mist and drive along the dark roads.
This sight and moment brought me back to those days where I went to the hills for vacations – Cameron Highlands, Frasers Hill and Genting Highlands. It has been a long time….or at least I felt like it was ages ago.
I miss those places. I miss soaking myself in the cool air and windy environment (in an air-conditioned room is different, the feeling is totally not the same).
