My day started as early as 7am this morning. I was already in the office stress-ing on the info needed for our teleconference at 9.30am. I didn’t expect the meeting to be so long, but yeah, the teleconference went "off and on" because our dear counterpart had other meetings to attend.
And so, for the whole day, the 4 of us stuck our ass to the cushioned chair in the meeting room from 9.30am to 10pm. The only time that our ass took a breather was when we made trips to the toilet and to replenish our water tumblers and thermal mugs.
In the beginning, both MG and I were still able to give our input…till we were going through the later sections of the report with our regional office; we were blur like a sotong with the report. Thank goodness our boss was still able to go on with it full swing! MG and I later started to slowly swerve to start doing our work on our laptop.
I have to say we were there sitting just to give moral support to our dear boss.
Finally, we called it a day when we finally realized the report (in Excel format) actually might have contained some errors with the formulas!
I actually wanted to be home earlier today. I wanted to spend time with my loved ones and also with Gabby! I’ve been neglecting her for the past few days…..
I stepped into the house. Gabby walked towards me slowly and she looked groggy. She woke up from her sleep just to greet me. So sweet!!!!!
Mum passed me a small bottle of Eu Yan Sang’s Chicken Essence after my simple dinner.
At the end of a long and tiring day, I know my loved ones still care for me, even a pup!
