Ok, I am officially on medical leave today. I have sent text messages to all those parties whom I felt they should know about it last night. The text message was sent to my boss, the secretary (who will inform the HR for me), my advertising agency and Carebear.
Today, I received phone calls in the morning. Thank goodness it was when I was having my late breakfast and was about to consume my “sweets”. Sexy Lady kept playing on-and-off until around 1pm.
I took my “sweets” again after lunch and I started to feel sleepy. I crawled to my sanctuary with my Yahoo messenger on.
I suddenly woke up at 5.30pm (as if there were some signs given to me in my sleep or intuition that there were some urgent matters needed me to handle), saw 2 messages on my computer screen and a missed call at 4.30pm from the office.Well, sorry, I totally didn't hear the phone ring. Totally got knocked out by the pills. One of the messenger messages was asking me to check my email. I was needed to send out the brief to media publications in order to meet deadlines. Hmm..no choice ler, when there is deadline to meet…
SIGH !!!! MC?! What is the definition of MC?

I strutted down the stairs to save all the relevant files into my thumb drive and walked back to my room. Logged into my mailbox and started to email the brief to them…..
Should I be happy because others have to refer to me for approval on certain requests (while my boss is away) or should I be annoyed as I can’t even rest on my medical leave? TWO days leave from the doctor? I’ve already knew the maximum MC that I can take is ONE day.
Yay!!! Back to work tomorrow!!!!! I LOVE and ENJOY MY JOB !!!!
