From the shoulder, the pain spread out to my neck today. I had no choice but to hit the pharmacy to get myself these!

For the very first time, I slapped them on my shoulder and neck. I hope they will ease the pain by tomorrow…Gosh, I feel like an old lady!!! Boy, they were getting hot on my skin after half an hour.
How I wish there is something out there that can relieve heartache as well!
Update:
Felt like as if I did waxing on my shoulder and neck. There were strands of fine hair stuck to it when I removed the plaster! I wonder how do those people take the pain from waxing…?
