Please Becareful, Ladies

OMG!!! OMG!!! OMG!!!!

You would never guessed what I’ve just witnessed!

I was having dinner with Carebear at our regular diner again. We haven’t been out together for a few weeks, so I asked Carebear out. As usual, we were eating the yummylicious food and yacking away….the night was just a quiet and happy night out…

Until…..

“Ahhh!!!!!!”

Both of us were sitting outside of the café and I sat facing the main road whilst Carebear was opposite me. We heard a lady who is in her 60s shouted. Out of the blues. When the both of us heard the lady’s cry, we looked.

I witnessed a snatch-theft incident, right before my eyes!

I saw two guys with helmets on a motorcycle when I heard it. They were very smart because they off the engine and the motorcycle was just gliding down the slight slope. So, there weren’t any sound. The guy at the back of the bike snatched the lady’s handbag; leaving the handbag’s broken strap in the poor lady’s hand. Thereafter, the driver quickly start the engine and rode off!

The lady was on her way back to collect her car after walking her grand-daughter to the nearby tuition centre. The people who heard the shout came out to help. But, the thieves fled away and there was no use of calling the police.

So ladies out there, I would like to remind all of you (including myself) to be very careful when you are walking alone on the streets; especially when the place is quite dark. Try to carry your handbag wisely. However, if someone is after it, please just let it go; or else you might be hurt badly or dragged by the bike.
