I was put to the test! Test of endurance – for carrying weights and cuci-mata. Read on and I shall tell you why and how.

Okie…I am exhausted and all worn out today. Completely. As I mentioned this morning, I met up with Dino and both of us jumped into the Aerobics Studio. 11.30am was the Body Pump class. Again, being the beginner, I drew the trainer’s attention because I don’t know the gym routine. So, off and on, he walked near me and led so that I can follow the steps! Standing at the back looking and trying to focus, I was also cuci-mata-ing and drooling. The instructor’s body was b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! *Ahhh* He is not very tall, but he is built. Very muscular and toned. If not nice, he also won’t become a gym instructor, right? *Doink*
Anyway, as I was saying, it was really hard to stay focus but I forced myself to. I kept on taking peeps at Dino and tried to follow the steps. Wah, carrying weights and squatting weren’t easy, okay. For me, at least. I could feel my knees shaking while my hands started to tremble as I was pushing the weight bar up (with 1.75kg on each side)! “HELP!!!” in my heart I shouted!
Break time wasn’t easy to come by; not for that hour. Towards the end of the class, as part of the routine, we had to do push-ups. I practically almost fell flat on the floor after the 10th time. I would if the mat was sterilized or steamed clean. Gees….
After class, the gym instructor asked Dino if we want to have lunch together. We were ok with it, so we headed to the nearest McD in his Triton. In his vehicle, there were many weights and bars at the boot. He has also installed quite a few of speakers at the backseat. So, I had a free “Triton Massage” when I sat at the backseat while the hip hop songs were blasting. It provided a similar Osim massage. =) And so, we chit chatted and wa lah! I got to know a new friend just over lunch. We headed home at around 3pm.
Ah hmm…..ahh hmm…..(sound of predicting like a fortune teller) tomorrow I will suffer the pain, for sure! Wish me luck. I better wear something loose and flat shoes to work tomorrow…kakakakakkaa….I don't think I will have sleeping problem tonight, too!
Cheerio!
