Saturday morning
I met up with Dino this morning. Dino was kind enough to bring me to the gym she goes to. I have quit my membership with Fitness First last month because I was getting bored with the place (being with them for almost 4 years now) and also the price that I have to pay monthly. =)
And so, I’ve decided to try out a few gyms before I decide which one to join. It was my first time stepping into Celebrity Fitness. The salesperson gave me a short tour around and also gave me a 14 days free trial pass. Being a freshie and feeling a little awkward, I joined Dino for RPM class. A wholesome 1 hour, tiring yet exciting class.

The instructor was great. He kept the class alive! The session was awesome! I was struggling with it initially, but it turned out to be a nice workout. I’ve never joined classes when I was with the previous gym because I felt the place was quite stuffy and small. Here, at Celebrity Fitness, the studio was relatively big and the air ventilation was not too bad at all!
Well, I will definitely foresee some pain coming along – tomorrow or the day after, but it was worth it. That’s the point of exercising right? No pain, no gain. With the pain, I know I’ve worked out the flabbiness in me! Hehehhehehehehe….
After the intensive hour, we left the gym and headed to Sexytary’s house. Mamma Mia cooked us a yummylicious lunch. She cooked our favourite Fried Glutinous Rice (loh mai fan). Yum yum yum! She cooked so much that can feed for at least 20 people.
See! Yummy….!
Well, I will definitely foresee some pain coming along – tomorrow or the day after, but it was worth it. That’s the point of exercising right? No pain, no gain. With the pain, I know I’ve worked out the flabbiness in me! Hehehhehehehehe….

Saturday afternoon
After the scrumptious lunch, we chit-chatted for awhile. I started to “fish”. With the full stomach and the hot weather, I was dying for a bath and a nap! I excused myself and went home. I had a long shower to cool myself down; quickly dried my hair and jump on to my bed. Ahh…..I fell asleep….5pm, I had to wake up. It was really difficult to get out of bed. I freshened up and went for mass.
Saturday night
Had dinner with my parents and later I went out again to meet up with Carebear for a drink.
It was an eventful day for me. A Saturday filled with activities, which I like how my Saturday to be. Tomorrow will be another round of sweating out the laziness in me!
