Right, I put on a pink with white stripes shirt and jeans. I’ve decided to wear something cheery instead of a dull color. MoneyMagnetBabe and I went to SJMC this morning. We visited HH’s mum. She was diagnosed with cancer last year. When the both of us stepped into Room 565, we saw a frail lady lying on the bed. She looked weak, but yet she was friendly to us. We chatted for awhile before she took a rest. Looking at her, I felt sad. I’ve the compassion for her family members….
Honestly, I am not very close to HH. We were classmates in secondary school but we rarely kept in touch. I have not seen HH for almost 10 years now; but he still looked the same. The 3 of us caught up with the updates in our lives. Later, it was lunch time for her. So, we made a move.
I headed home thereafter.
My thoughts: We should really cherish the people we love while they are still all fine and healthy. Never take one for granted or else one would regret. Also, expect the unexpected in life and embrace all happenings in life with an open mind.
