Different Event on a Saturday Night

I just got home from a salon opening/ 5 years anniversary celebration (actually it’s more of salon relocation).

There were quite a lot of people at the salon when I arrived. The salon is really huge (taken up 2 shop lots in Cheras Business Centre). There are in total about 30 stations. HUGE place. The business in this salon is really good, even on a normal day (non festive period). This is simply because the owner, Arron, and his team’s skills are really good. You name the strength, you have it – from cutting, coloring, perming and styling…

Arron is a young salon owner. He is only 31 years old this year. Very successful. He has also made his name in the entertainment industry – he has sponsored and still sponsoring his services to many TV programs and Astro’s programs and local Chinese singers.

Datuk Lee Chong Wei came to officiate the grand opening. Besides that, there were also TV stars and local radio DJs who graced the evening.

After enjoying the delicious dinner, I walked into the salon and left my signature there.

The night was simple and enjoyable. Something different to do on a Saturday night.
