It was published in the newspapers couple of days back. Papa saw it and wanted to give it a try.
Sunday afternoon, we took a drive to Damansara Kim, PJ. We went out hunting for the restaurant advertised.
Wow, it was packed when we arrived, but luck was on our side, we managed to grab on to the last available table. We ordered and waited for almost 20 to 30 minutes. The kitchen must have been super duper busy, simply because there was a write up on the restaurant.
It was famous for their fish noodles. So, being the “lazy eater”, I ordered Fish Paste Noodles. Hahaha….no need to be extra careful of the tricky fish bones. I was happy to see the waitress walking towards us with a tray with 3 GIANT bowls on it.
Anyways, when I first tasted the noodles and the milky soup, I found it plain. Nothing great; nothing to shout about at all.
At the end of the meal, we paid up. The lady boss gave us 10% discount because of the long wait!
Is the 10% discount worth our precious time for a normal tasting food?
Hmm….can’t complain too much. It is a weekend anyway.
