It was a lovely Thursday evening. I left work on time and zoomed to CD’s office. I went into her Nautica and headed to Solaris, Mont’ Kiara. I left my car at CD’s office.
It was the night for MG. She was the highlight of the night. CD organized a farewell dinner for her with the Blu Inc folks.
I have to say it was my first time in Ole Ole Bali. The ambience was great, not too bad. Except for it was a little stuffy, maybe due to the decorative umbrellas above our heads.
I ordered my favourite drink – Lemongrass mojito. Ahh…..so refreshing and cool…..Love it!
The waitresses and waiters there are really Indonesians. So, at times, we had difficulties placing our orders or requesting for stuff. The food portion was relatively huge. CD had to give me some of hers. I was stuffed at the end of the night too.
We had so much laughter and chats over the night. We were bitching about the happenings and how we will miss MG’s actions and words when she is gone……We made fun of her too, that night!
By the time we made a move for home, it was already closed to 10.30pm. I had my shower and plopped myself on the bed……I was relatively tired that day….
