As I was taking a break just now before I started on my next task for the day, some thoughts came to mind…..
I realized that I am a very lucky (or rather blessed) person.
I am surrounded with people who love me, care for me and are kind to me. I make that a statement is because at home, I have my family and friends who love me unconditionally and are concern for my well-being. At work, there are kind colleagues who are willing to teach and advise whenever it is needed.
I did a short review on my ‘working life’. Even though I do not have many many years of working experience (as compared to some of you out there), I’ve really learnt quite a bit through out the years.
So far, I have worked for 2 companies and this current one is the most enjoyable, happy one. (The first two companies were just so-so) This is because I am surrounded with great people. In the office, we are like family. We help each other out when there is an issue and work closely when there are major projects. I don’t think there is once that any of us just fold our arms and being a 'spectator' (of course big big boss is different lar…).
Sometimes I wonder if I am really living in a comfort zone. What is the ‘real world’ out there? But regardless, I know problems and headaches will only make me a stronger and better person.
