Coffee after Downtown

I knew I was dreaming about Gillette and Football this morning; probably because I was watching Goal III this morning (during wee hours) and also because of my upcoming project. Despite waking up at 10am, I felt fresh! Hmm….

So, I lepaked for awhile and later jumped into the shower. Had a slightly early lunch with family….

I didn’t want to waste my holiday by doing nothing as it is hard to come by. So, the 3 of us went out – mama, Optimus Prime and I. First, we went downtown. Traffic was smooth in KL. Then later, we went to Solaris for coffee.

I chose this café located at the corner. Dr Café, it is called. I find the place cozy and comfortable. The décor and ambience – not too bad. The coffee mocha was quite yummy too… ;)

It was great to spend the afternoon with mama. She had a deep conversation with me on the happenings lately. On normal working days, we rarely have time to chat much as I normally will be back late and/ or after dinner would be bathing and sleeping time. I brought her out as I knew she was feeling a lil upset because she has ‘frozen shoulder’. Yup, she hurt her left shoulder just a couple of days ago. She felt much better after the afternoon outing as I could see she enjoyed the café and also the traffic free roads.

I had a nice quiet time too…. my kind of a perfect relaxing afternoon…
