Happiness in Me

[Ok, 1 last blog entry before I call it a night (Sunday night, yup, tomorrow is the start of another challenging week).]

We spent the afternoon watching a movie at home. It was the time of the week to spend quality time together. After that, we went for our separate activities – I went for dinner with Mrs Giggs and he went for a guys’ night out – Footie Finals!

I picked up Mrs Giggs and off we headed for steamy steamboat. Yay! As we have just started eating, my phone vibrated. It was Guardian Angel. He texted me asking where were we having dinner. I told him and later he and Stevie joined us, before heading for the guys’ night out. ;) Unexpectedly!

We enjoyed the dinner very much. I know I did. Both of the guys left first and both Mrs Giggs and I left after we both watched a clip on YouTube.

As I was on the way home, mama called. I told her that I was on my way home after dropping Mrs Giggs off back at her apartment. Mama asked if Guardian Angel and I were ok as she found out from me that he didn’t accompany me home. I told her that it was a guys’ night out and I didn’t want to follow even though I wanted to watch the finals; moreover I have to work tomorrow.

I felt that sometimes a couple can have their own time with friends. Simple, my principle is – respect and trust are the important elements in a relationship. I understand sometimes guys also want to have fun – talking whatever under the moon, drinking or games.

I was told that I don’t portrait the happiness in me. Deep down inside me, I am really happy. I am happy to be in a new relationship; I am happy that I have found someone who cares and loves; who can complete my sentences, knows and understands me. Compatibility.
