Wednesday's Happenings

I was cheery this morning, somehow. Maybe it was because I was dressed in dark-bright-pink dress with black stripes…. I was happily rushing work before noon time. I targeted to leave office at 1230pm so that I can have ample time to enjoy a nice lunch in Mid Valley before my appointment in MVC’s management office.

But, at about 10am, I received a disastrous phone call. It was a phone call bombarding on something that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Yup, for almost 2-3 hours, I was fire fighting in the office, getting solutions and alignment from the respective parties.

By the time I finished all the phone calls, emails and fire fighting, I packed up and left. The clock at my radio display was showing 1.40pm. Damn! I rushed over to MV, made many rounds in the parking area. Everyone was just like vultures in a desert, searching for anything alive – in this case, as long as there is a car coming out, everyone will rush to that parking lot.

Finally, I parked my car, after going around for almost 10 minutes. It felt really long. I was hungry, but I didn’t have time to have a proper lunch. So, instead I stopped by a juice bar for a cup of low fat yogurt drink, to go.

I met up with the rest of the team and strutted our way to the lift. We talked things out for my upcoming event. It was a smooth meeting after all.

I headed home after getting some necessities in the mall.

Rested at home for awhile before going out for dinner with my parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Guardian Angel had to attend a company function, so we went on our separate agenda tonight.

We headed to Green View Restaurant in PJ. It’s one of papa’s favourite places to dine in (for now).

At the end of the meal, I was stuffed with yummy-licious food, despite not having lunch…..

Roasted Suckling Piglet

Sang Har noodles

Buttered Cray Fish
