The sky was gloomy. It was cooling. It is my day off.
But, my eyes opened at 7.20am. Pulling the sheets over my head, I tried going back to sleep, thinking that it is a day off. But phone calls started to come in since 8.15am. *Arghh..felt frustrated. I woke up and started to work.
Later in the morning, I got ready for my appointment. It had been a very long time since I last had my pedicure done. It was nice to feel all cleaned, trimmed and proper. Had lunch and left for home to continue working…..that’s how my day off is like so far…. By the way, what day off?
