My Precious Saturday

My day started off early yesterday. With only 3 hours of sleep, I woke up and got ready for my customer’s launch event. It was in Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall, KL.

It started at 10am and we met up to register ourselves. I’ve met some of the business associates and friends there as well. The event was soooo cute. It was held at the theme park and it was the launch of the Cuties.

We left for lunch together with our buyers at Penang Village. The lunch gathering ended at about 1.30pm. I had my second half of the day started right after. I wanted and needed to maximize the remaining time with him.

I drove to Guardian Angel’s house. We ran some urgent errands at Sunway Pyramid.

At one moment, I felt really happy with Guardian Angel’s reaction. A minor action that made me smiled from the heart. I was maybe walking a little to fast. He came up and took my hand, to slow me down and walked with me.

We headed home right after and I helped him to pack for his business trip. He managed most of it and I was there to just remind and to ensure everything was packed. He will be away for 6 days, and I am going to miss him dearly.

Before I sent him to the airport, we headed to my boss’ house for her new house warming. It was a nightmare driving there (I drove in the beginning). I just didn’t have any idea where is her house and the GPS took us for a ride…Anyway, half way through, I was really kinda exhausted as the sky was already dark and the traffic was piling up in Klang. I almost gave up.

Guardian Angel kept cool and he told me to pull over by the road side. He took over. We followed my boss’ text message and finally made our way there. I was really amazed and realized that Guardian Angel is a really patient person. Also, if it wasn’t him to help me out and be persistent to continue the journey, we wouldn’t have made it! I truly cherished and grateful that he kept me going and didn’t give up. :)

Yes, we were super late! The rest of my brothers were already there, all tummies filled.

It was actually my farewell party that they planned. What a surprise! It was a pity that my other brother and sister didn’t come because they weren’t feeling too well. My youngest brother actually baked me a cake! Wow, how sweet was that?!

We lepakked in the living hall till it was time to leave. It was time to send my beloved to the airport for his flight. The whole journey there, we chatted and laughed. Teased each other and cracking jokes…. Time passed so fast. I knew it was going to be a little difficult not seeing him for the next 6 days.

After looking at the rear mirror and knew that he has taken his luggage and jacket, I headed home….the journey home somehow seemed to be quite long….
