It is a piece of advice that whenever there is a problem or disagreement between a couple, it is best to talk things out and solve it on the spot, at the very heated moment or within the same day. Keeping it flowing through to the next day will just make the relationship even more stressed and distanced.
I agree to this and many "experienced friends" of mine told me the same. I am happy that both of us are in the same page too.
