I am really occupied these days. Busy days meaning good days as they will pass with a blink of an eye. At times, it just passes by so fast that I find "Time Not Enough".
Last week, I received a resignation letter. I have yet to pass it to the HR as I am hoping that she will change her mind and not being all emo and throw in the towel. But then again, if someone is so unhappy being in the environment, why want to keep them around? Just like a couple relationship. Not happy? Can't be saved? End it.
I have been busy with work. Since when I am not? There is just so much lined up for me. It could make me quite frustrated and tired at times, but then again, like I always say : Everything happens for a reason. Maybe it's my great learning path (from my mentor) and also to experience the difficulties. If I am able to solve it, meaning I am growing each time; each day.
I was on the phone with my colleague 2 days back. He was telling me the heated conversation he had with this colleague of ours because of different perspective they had. It was great to know that people could confide to me with their problems - provided they are open.
