I shared the upset incident with Leroy last night.
I don’t think I have ever met someone who is so immature and has no respect for others, except herself. Well, this person doesn't respect her superior, taking her boss as if is invisible. I don’t care if she has resigned, but work is work, a job is a job. And she doesn't have my respect for her too.
I waited for her the whole of yesterday to do her hand over to me. But, she was just kept herself busy in the studio, coloring colleagues’ hair! I’ve booked her weeks ago but she was ignorant about it. Irresponsible!
At night, I was playing with my phone and went through my BBM list. Oh, she has removed me off her list! Hmm…So funny.
I asked myself, I asked Leroy, what did I do wrong that I receive such treatment? I care and concern for her as my staff, but she just seemed to be not satisfied and going against me. Leroy told me that she might be jealous of me. Jealous? Of what?!
Just one more week and she will be gone. Out of my sight. I don’t have to face the ‘charcoal faced’ and irresponsible B*tch.
I will meet more people with a sense of responsibility and stewardship in the coming days; people who cherish my doings for them.
[Maybe I shouldn’t be a goodie two shoes person anymore.]
I wish her "all the best" with her sickening attitude in her future job.
