Sunday came, it was my final day in Penang with him. I couldn't apply for annual leave as I had customer appointment and teleconference with Singapore.
We woke up rather late - about 1.30pm. I was lazing on the bed. Finally, I got my heavy butt out from bed and stepped into the bathroom to get ready. We didn't go for lunch right away but just lepakked in the room till it was about 4pm. I thought he forgotten about his promise to me. But, we then went to Gurney Plaza for lunch / tea. Yay!!! He kept his promise.
After my meal, I was all excited about going to get my shoes. Leroy waited for me in the restaurant and we agreed to contact each other again later. So, I had 1 hour to shop before packing up and going to the airport.
Oh my goodness, that shoe outlet has so many nice shoes - from wedges, flats to heels.....I practically went crazy.

6pm, we left the mall. Feeling heavy heartedly, I sat in the car, heading back to the hotel. I snapped a photo of the sea by the road....
The sky was soon turning dark. The sun started to set and it was a beautiful sight. The more I wonder why time passed so fast? It was the end of my getaway weekend.
Traffic was rather heavy going to the airport. Leroy dropped me off at the drop off area and we bid our goodbyes. I went in to check in.
I waited for about 40 minutes before boarding the plane.
The plane took off on time and I got home about 11pm. Unpacked and rested. And so, I screened through the photos we took before switching off the lights to call it a day.
