A different night with him

I had a gala good time last night. 

We met up. We didn't go for any posh or fancy dinner. We didn't go for a movie. Instead, we packed KFC and stayed at home.

He on his laptop. He was doing some work and emails. Since he worked and I didn't have anything to watch on the TV, so I on my lappie as well. I was looking some the reports downloaded and had some doubts. I sought for his advise. From a question, it moved on to a discussion. There were some disagreement in our point of views on the issue, but there was no argument. It was purely a discussion. He thought me the correct way of calculating the numbers (yeah, I am not a figure person). 

I am very happy that we are compatible in the sense that both of us are in marketing. We share the same wave length and we know what we are doing everyday at work. ; ) We share our experience and thoughts on some topics.

It's just great even though we were talking and discussing about WORK! Sometimes it can be enjoyable doing and talking about the most common things.

Without realizing how time flies, it was 12.30am. I had to leave for home. By the time I got home, washed up and settled down for bedtime, I couldn't sleep; again.
