Independent Woman

We were chatting the other day - between my boss and myself. We were talking and somehow we went into the topic of "independent woman". 

I gave her my point of view that it is important for a woman to be independent and not only and always rely on her man. It doesn't mean we don't need a man, it means we as a woman needs to be independent by having a job or a good career and is able to survive if there is no man or the man leaves her. She totally agreed with me.

The perfect picture will be the woman having a career of her own, and has a good husband to take care of her. But nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. I have a friend who is a divorcee and she is able to move on, to go on with her life; in fact she is enjoying her life now. I understand that moving on will be the toughest period in the person's life at a juncture, but once she is able to overcome it and step out of it, life will be better and good. It is important that this woman is being able to do things herself and self support. 

No matter what happens, most importantly is to love yourself.
