We welcomed; ushered the new year on the hill. I was at his house since the afternoon, lepaking and did nothing.
At 11.55pm, we walked out to the nearby cliff to see the beautiful fireworks far away. The sky was lit up. Some of the houses down the hill had fireworks too. Later, there was a loud 'boom' and it was the neighboring house which had it going. Pretty!!
We wished each other Happy New Year! : D
The both of us don't like crowded places and we avoid getting stuck in human and road traffic jam in conjunction of any celebration. So, we stayed at home, occupied with activities and games.
